This Majestic echelon ii direct vent modern 48 inch see-through contemporary gas fireplace will enhance the ambiance of your home. It is designed for modern elegance and superior functionality and offers a stunning view from both sides that makes it a perfect addition to any living space. This see through gas fireplace efficiently heats up to 1,300 square feet with an impressive output range of 21,000 – 40,000 BTU/HR when burning natural gas and 20,000 – 34,000 BTU/HR when burning liquid propane.

This see through wall gas fireplace comes with several premium features. With the RC400 remote control, you can easily adjust the TV from anywhere in the room, and the battery backup ensures continuous operation even if the electricity goes out. It comes standard with bronze glass media, which can be customized with crushed glass, natural stones, or log sets to suit your aesthetic preferences. This ceramic glass front enhances safety and efficiency as well as provides a clear view of the dancing flames.

This 48 inch direct vent gas fireplace requires an 8″ DVP pipe and a minimum 30″ vertical vent before attaching a 90-degree elbow. It can be used with a variety of power venting options and comes with detailed instructions on venting. The Majestic contemporary gas fireplace offers a sleek, contemporary design and an efficiency rating of up to 62% (LP) to make it a perfect combination of style and function. It features a reliable IntelliFire Touch ignition system, as well as clear LED dimmable lights for a sophisticated look.

Venting Notes:

Requires 8″ DVP pipe. Must have 30″ minimum vertical vent before attaching a 90-degree elbow to the unit. See venting section of manual.
Approved for use with PVLP-SLP, PVI-SLP-B, and PVV-SLP with PV-IPI-CK kit and power vent wire harness (order separately). When Power Vent is installed, lights can only be operated on high. See venting section of manual.
